Process Variables

There are settings that need to be configured across our TilliT account to create a vocabulary for our digital factory. As seen in Definitions, Process Variables play an important role and the configuration section is where you will set this.

The Process Variable represents the measured value or parameter of a particular part of a process that is being monitored and controlled. List the relevant process variables and consider how they are stored and measured, as well as any recipe settings, limits, design parameters, and other relevant characteristics. Next, think about what their Unit of Measure is e.g. litres, degrees Celsius, carton etc.

For example: temperature in degrees Celsius and batch size in litres.
