# Data Gathering ### Data entry and transfer Application and configuration data can be added via the Application tables on the web pages of the Application UI. For clients who already have some of this data in Excel or would prefer to start off with excel, the **Excel add-on** may be a useful tool for transferring the data directly into TilliT. If you are familiar with Excel, this may be a faster and easier way to work with data in TilliT, especially for getting started and importing order details.
