# Elements

In TilliT, Elements are the core building blocks used to create Activity Templates.

When an operator opens an Activity on the shop floor, the Elements define what information they see, what data they need to input, and what automated actions occur in the background.

Each Element configured in an Activity Template relies on two main pillars:
