Creating a Shift Template

Go to Settings > Asset Hierarchy > Shift Templates > Create

Shift items are utilized to store important information about specific shifts. These items contain two critical pieces of information: the start and end time of the shift, as well as any planned downtimes, such as lunch breaks.
