Activity Reports also capture information at the item level, showing who completed each step of an activity, for greater accountability and transparency.
Production reports and Activity Summary reports now support filtering by site and by activity, giving you deeper insight into specific production activities and site performance.
Each asset now supports a unique display name for a more user-friendly experience. This enhancement allows assets to be easily recognizable without using a formal ID.
The new Asset Meter feature lets you track asset performance by running minutes, counts, and order completions, providing real-time insights to enhance operational efficiency.
For example, the new tree view in the Asset Hierarchy allows you to easily visualize relationships between assets. For those who prefer the previous format, the old table view is still available with a quick toggle option.
Boards are a new feature introduced to help you organize and manage tasks more efficiently. With Boards, you can now create customizable task lists, track progress, and manage activities in a more structured way.
Boards also have dedicated audit logs, providing an additional layer of tracking and transparency. View the board activity logs in your settings for a clear overview of any changes.
Boards are now accessible through the TilliT Excel add-in, enabling faster data management and updates directly from Excel.
We’ve made our End-to-End (E2E) results publicly available for your convenience. You can now easily view the latest E2E results on our dedicated site at e2e.tillit.cloud. This allows you to stay informed about the status and performance of our systems, ensuring greater transparency and easier access to important testing outcomes.
Each tenant can now set up Single Sign-On (SSO) directly from Account Settings, allowing secure and streamlined access to the platform through your identity provider.
Federated SSO now supports role and group assignments, enabling more control over user permissions directly from your identity provider. Contact us to learn more about setting up role and group mappings.
Webhook authentication now includes OAuth, which allows you to securely manage secrets within AWS Secret Manager, adding a layer of protection to API communications. Contact us to learn more about setting this up.
Toggle specific features on and off from the Local Feature Flags section in your account settings. This flexibility lets you configure TilliT to better fit your unique requirements.
The Dynamic Option List data type in Activity Templates allows you to dynamically define the list of options that will appear within the calculator editor. This enables flexibility in your templates by allowing the options to be generated based on criteria or logic, rather than being hardcoded.
Activity templates now support “Required” and “Optional” section designations, allowing you to set specific data entry requirements based on task needs. Required sections must be completed fully, while optional sections will remain unsubmitted if left blank.
A new barcode data type is available for updating attributes, making it easier to scan and manage information directly within activities.
