We have added a few enhancements to Excel Addin:
New Manifest
The new Manifest will add new buttons to your excel ribbon. Notice the Scheduler Orders and Data button on the right. If you are loading orders with the excel add-in, this will help a lot.
Log in with Active Directory
If your account is set up with AD, you will see that the moment you type in your tenant name, a popup screen will appear, logging you into TilliT. Close that screen and continue from the Addin.
Expand Attributes and Tolerances on the Material Data Management.
A new option appears when you select the Material Data card. Asking it to load attributes and tolerances will create a table in excel with all the materials attributes with a column header on the style of attribute.Attribute Name
or tolerance.upperLimit.Process Variable Name
Attributes play a crucial role in TilliT, and they can be maintained at the asset, material, and order levels. The system utilizes the most detailed version of the attributes, starting from the Order level, followed by Material and Asset levels.
Previously, when using Order level attributes, they were saved at an Operation level, which meant that the attribute was associated with a specific operation on an asset. However, this created challenges when updating the attribute, as it required updating all the order operations with the same order number.
To address this issue, we have introduced a new feature that allows for storing attributes at the order number level. We call this new entity "Order Number Attributes", and it can be accessed using the order number as a text value. This new feature provides greater flexibility and efficiency in managing attributes at the order level.
