Enhanced Monitoring and Visualisation

Station Dashboard

We're excited to introduce the new Station Dashboard feature in TilliT Edge. This powerful tool allows you to create and view customised dashboards for monitoring assets and activities in real-time, providing you with curated data right at your asset's station for better operational oversight.

Downtime Timeline in Asset Details

A visual timeline graph is now available in the Downtime Events tab within any Asset's Details. The interactive timeline displays status, duration, and time ranges when you hover over it, making it easier to understand your asset's performance history at a glance.

Historical Progress Chart in the Cockpit

Track your asset's performance with the new historical progress chart that displays the last 8 hours of progress for each asset. This bar chart updates hourly, giving you a clear view of recent operational trends directly in the Cockpit.

Advanced Asset Management

Asset Profile for Speed Calculation

The new Asset Profile setting gives you control over how speed is calculated for OEE based on your machine's operation type. Whether your machines run continuously at high speed or operate in batches, you can now configure the calculation method to use real-time data or a delayed windowed average, ensuring accurate performance metrics tailored to your equipment.

Asset Stats Calculated Against Shift's Goal

OEE statistics now calculate against the current running shift's target. The system determines how many units should be completed during the shift to stay on schedule with your orders, providing real-time insight into whether production is meeting shift goals.

Streamlined Activity Management

GS1 Barcode Scanning

New barcode data types have been introduced to enhance scanning capabilities. GS1 Barcode Scanning and GS1 Multiple Barcode Scanning enable you to efficiently capture and process standardised barcode information, streamlining data entry and improving accuracy in your activities.

Auto-claim User Groups for Activity Templates

Activity forms can now be configured to auto-claim for specific user groups upon opening. This feature streamlines workflow by automatically assigning forms to the appropriate users while still allowing them to unclaim if needed.

Shift End Actions for Activities

Configure what happens to activity forms when a shift ends with new options to deactivate, skip, or expire forms automatically. This enhancement ensures activities align with your shift schedules and prevents incomplete forms from carrying over inappropriately.

Improved Reporting and Analytics

Opening Activity Forms from Dashboards

When creating dashboard elements for Activity Type grouped by Activity Instance IDs, the IDs now appear as clickable hyperlinks in tables. Click any link to open the corresponding Activity Form directly in the sidebar, enabling faster navigation from analytics to action.
