Enhanced Asset Performance Tracking

Asset Profile for OEE Stats

The Asset Profile now determines which level OEE statistics should be calculated from for each asset. Choose from multiple calculation methods including Current Shift, Current Order, or time-windowed options that limit the lookback period. This flexibility allows you to track performance metrics that align with your operational needs, whether you're monitoring shift-based performance, order-specific efficiency, or rolling time windows.

Cockpit Cards and Run Rate Charts in Dashboards

Bring real-time operational insights to your custom dashboards with cockpit cards and run rate charts. These new dashboard elements provide at-a-glance visibility of asset performance and production rates, helping teams monitor critical metrics without switching between different views.

Intelligent Assistance and Automation

AI Assistant for Expressions

A new AI Assistant chatbot helps you write expressions and calculations more efficiently by understanding the context of your current snippets to provide smarter suggestions. This feature streamlines the development of complex formulas and reduces the time needed to create accurate calculations.

Autoshift in Scheduler

The new Autoshift feature automatically synchronises your running orders from TilliT DO with the Scheduler Live scenario every 15 minutes. This intelligent automation shifts all scheduled orders with an earliest start date to run after the current order in their correct positions, maintaining resource allocations and sequence without manual intervention.

Reworked TilliT Edge Architecture

Reworked TilliT Edge Naming and Types

TilliT Edge has been restructured to better reflect its functionality with three distinct types:

• Core (regular TilliT Edge software connecting to local data sources)

• Relay (forwards local Core installations to the cloud)

• MQTT (custom connector or Ignition Module).

All existing installations have been automatically migrated to the appropriate type with no change to existing behaviours.

TilliT Edge Relay

The new TilliT Edge Relay forwards traffic from a TilliT Edge Core to the cloud, solving connectivity challenges when Core is installed in environments without internet access. This architecture enhancement provides greater deployment flexibility while maintaining secure data transmission.

Edge Device State Improvements

Edge devices now maintain operational continuity in offline environments. When restarted offline, the system can still connect to and collect data from local sources, automatically sending collected data once internet connectivity is restored.

Devices can also be powered off and back on without requiring an immediate internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted data collection.

Advanced Integration and Monitoring

Better Integration Logs Experience

Integration logs have been completely revamped with improved display and organisation of information and payload data. All fields are now copiable for easier troubleshooting.

Search functionality now allows you to find specific logs using order numbers or SSCC numbers, whilst additional columns for Protocol, Endpoint, and Integration Direction provide better visibility into your integration activities.

Expanded Board Capabilities

Image Board Item and Due Date Data Type

Boards now support Image columns, allowing you to attach and view visual information directly within your task management workflow. The new Due Date data type enables deadline tracking with filtering options to view late items only, helping teams prioritise time-sensitive tasks.

Production Planning Enhancements

Efficiency Factor in Scheduler

Add efficiency factors to planned orders in the Scheduler to account for real-world performance variations. Set values below 1.0 for reduced efficiency (extending order duration) or above 1.0 for improved efficiency (shortening duration). This feature enables more accurate production planning based on actual operational capabilities.
