A quick walkthrough to get your first schedule up and running.
This guide walks through the minimum steps to create a basic scheduling configuration and produce your first schedule. For detailed information on each step, refer to the linked sections.
A location must be selected (click your profile icon > Select Location)
Administrator or Scheduler user role
Navigate to Scheduler > Data Templates and create a new template. See Data Templates.
Add at least one finished goods material. See Materials.
Define a shift pattern for your equipment. See Availability.
Add equipment, create an equipment class, assign the class to the equipment, and apply an availability template. See Equipment.
If integrating with TilliT Digital Operations, ensure equipment names match between Scheduler and DO.
Add an operation with a route and segment. Configure the segment with equipment and material requirements, and set a run rate. See Operations.
Navigate to Scheduler > Planned Orders and create an order with at least one order item. See Planned Orders.
Navigate to Scheduler > Scenario, create a new scenario, and optionally mark it as Live. Move it to Published status, then open it. See Scenarios.
Click the + button in the scheduling view to open the Orders Store.
Select your order and click Add.
Drag and drop the order from the Unscheduled Orders grid onto the Gantt chart.

If integrating with DO, right-click the order on the Gantt chart and click the lightning icon to release it. See Execution.
