Below are a set of example cookbooks for common manufacturing scenarios. Each guide walks you through setting up TilliT from a blank tenant to a fully operational digital operations and scheduling environment.
Each cookbook follows the same general sequence:
Site & Asset Hierarchy - create the site, asset classes, and assets
Shifts & Calendars - define shift patterns and working hours
Materials & Material Groups - set up raw materials and finished goods
Attributes & Process Variables - configure the metadata that drives activities and scheduling
Activity Templates - build the digital forms operators will use
Order Templates - map how work orders flow through the line
Scheduler Configuration -- set up equipment, availability, and changeover rules
Cookbooks use generic names and omit any customer-specific data. Adapt the examples to match your own naming conventions and production requirements.
