Release & Upgrade Policy

Cadence

TilliT operates with a regular release cycle where changes are tested in staging for approximately 15 days before moving to production. For customers who require a less frequent update schedule, a Long-Term Support (LTS) track is available, usually updated twice a year.

Deployment Strategies

To ensure uninterrupted operations, we utilize the following deployment strategies:

  • Hot Reloading: This method allows us to update applications instantly without a full reload, ensuring users experience minimal disruption during updates.

  • Canary Deployments: We deploy updates to a small subset of users first. This enables us to monitor the changes and ensure stability before a full rollout, minimizing the risk of widespread issues. If issues are found with the new version, the system will automatically rollback.

User Interface Notifications

To enhance user experience, the UI includes a small notification prompting users to refresh their browser to apply the latest updates. This notification ensures users are always interacting with the most current version of the application, reducing potential discrepancies and enhancing overall functionality.

Notifications

Release notes are published with each update in our forum. Request access by email [email protected]. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance to ensure users are well-informed.

Rollback

Standard rollback procedures are in place for platform services to ensure customer data remains intact and secure.
